SARA 1 Malaysia Investment
Dear Ladies,
If you are between the age of 18 - 58 and posses a household income of RM 500 - RM 3000 then you certainly qualify for SARA 1 Malaysia hybrid unit trust investment.
What is SARA 1 MALAYSIA?
Malaysian government based, Skim Amanah Rakyat (SARA) 1Malaysia which offers a ROR of 32% per annum. Too good to be true isn't it? SARA was launched on 30 January 2012 and it is extended throughout this year until fund size is achieved.
Objective of SARA 1 Malaysia:-
Predominantly this fund is to encourage the lower income earning group to save and invest.
HOW? 2 ways....
1. You invest with your own money. (RM 5000) and earn dividend of RM 134 monthly for the next 5 years. Rate of Return (ROR) is more than 30% per annum.
2. You invest using the bank's money. (RM 5000) that meaning you take up a loan with the BANK and enjoy a dividend of RM 50 monthly for the next 5 years instead of RM 134. The Bank deducts RM 84 as a repayment. You still make MONEY!
RM 5000 in total for 5 years without initial investment. :)

- applicants must not have declared bankrupt throughout funding period of loan
- spouse of applicants cannot be beneficiary (ASNB) and ASW2020
- both applicant and spouse does not have any investment with ASNB
- if you are taking a loan to invest, only one spouse is eligible for loan.

The main objective of the mentioned project is to help and encourage less fortunate families in the areas of Sentul & Selayang.
